Contents

A detailed overview of ASD-STE100, a controlled natural language originally developed in the early Eighties for aircraft maintenance documentation. Today, other industries outside the aerospace and defense domains use STE beyond its initial purpose. It is applied in the automotive, renewable energies, and offshore logistics sectors, and is expanding in the medical devices industry. The session explains how STE reduces human factor risks.
