Using our new Global Manual Documentation System (GMDS) with Adobe FrameMaker, we provide consistent manuals with precise data. Additionally, the Digital Manual Generate System (DMGS) was designed for efficient digital manual creation.
The Digital Manual features an AI-driven semantic search, enhancing user experience by quickly providing the needed information. It also offers educational video content for better understanding and utilization of the product.
In conclusion, using Superset, we generate data dashboards for our digital manuals that help us improve by analyzing user behavior. Our mission is to establish a user-centric documentation process and foster effective communication, aiming for a paradigm shift in Technical Communication.
