The integration of AI-powered chatbots is revolutionizing content consumption. Generative AI fosters unprecedented interaction quality. Efficient chatbots enhance content value, while those providing partial or contextually inaccurate responses can confuse rather than assist users. Prioritizing end-user needs over technical capabilities is crucial. A well-designed chatbot interface must, among other things, ensure information verification and contextually accurate responses. We propose a systematic approach to leverage these technologies for precise, user-friendly content delivery. Our case study showcases the design of a Generative AI-powered chatbot as a content assistant, utilizing a knowledge base on Artificial Intelligence. This chatbot aids users in learning and organizing their AI knowledge. The key question: Does our chatbot effectively guide users, enhancing their understanding of AI?
