Contents

In Aeronautics the technical documentation is a booster for aviation safety. But aviation safety is not the only concern that needs to be considered. Many other regulations are having an impact for the creation of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA). We will be showing which different stakeholders and regulators there are and how they influence the processes, documentation policies and information products. What are the sources, the drivers and the thus created rules, that have to be considered? How does Airbus Helicopters implement these rules in daily business and create a compliant technical documentation?

Takeaways

You will see which demands and challenges for aeronautic documentation Airbus Helicopters faces and how they are tackled, e.g. in processes and organisational aspects.
