Contents

When users seek assistance in technical documentation content, they typically interact with an AI chatbot or utilize search and topic filtering functionalities. However, they often encounter content that does not align with their current product model, software/hardware variants, user role, etc. Users find themselves navigating through extensive content and making judgments about relevance, leading to challenges in locating the necessary information. In certain instances, users may act on irrelevant information, resulting in potential harm.

This presentation will delve into a solution aimed at enhancing the user experience by automating the process of filtering out irrelevant content based on the user's current role and product configuration. This approach ensures that users only access pertinent information, streamlining their search process, minimizing AI chatbot misinterpretation, and ultimately enhancing their overall experience.

Takeaways

This presentation also provides valuable insights into the impact of information architecture, GenAI integration and content creation, along with a demonstration of a real-life content delivery scenario.
