Orlando Chiarello is a Product Support Manager at Secondo Mona, an Italian aerospace system manufacturer. He oversees product support services, including maintenance manuals. As the Chairperson of the ASD Simplified Technical English Maintenance Group, he has contributed to the development of ASD-STE100 since its inception in 1983. Orlando is a member of multiple national and international working groups and a member of COM&TEC.
