Dr. Oliver Friese studied Mechatronic-Technical Documentation and promoted in technical and educational science. His passion is to make information easy to understand. He is working since more than twenty five years for different companies in the field of technical documentation. Today he is heading the Tech Data Policy Board at Airbus Helicopters. As a facilitator he connects internal and external experts to improve the technical documentation and aviation safety at Airbus. He is active in the tekom association and standardization working groups for the topics of comprehensibility and digitalization.
